Do I need experience?
Not for setters, field reps or customer care: we train you. For project advisors, big-ticket sales experience helps, but coachable and hungry wins.
Is this cold calling?
Most of our calls go to homeowners who asked us for an estimate. Field reps work neighborhoods where NOAA reported hail, with the storm data in hand.
Do I need a license?
In Texas, no license is needed to sell roofing. In California, home improvement salespeople need a CSLB Home Improvement Salesperson (HIS) registration, and we walk you through it. Field reps only work cities where they hold the solicitor permit the city requires.
How do I get paid?
Every role has a written pay plan that you see at your interview, before you start.
Can I work in Spanish?
Yes. Our site, scripts and team run in English and Spanish, and bilingual applicants get priority.
Where would I work?
Project advisors: Dallas–Fort Worth, Los Angeles / Pasadena and San Diego. Field reps: Dallas–Fort Worth. Setters and customer care: remote in Texas or California.
How fast is this?
You pick your phone interview time right after you apply, from this week's open times.
