What you'll do

  • Be the homeowner's main contact after the sale: updates, scheduling, questions
  • Coordinate crews, materials and inspections with operations
  • Answer every customer within four business hours
  • Ask every finished customer for a review, the same way, every time

You're a fit if

  • Organized and calm, and you finish what you start
  • Great on the phone and in writing
  • Comfortable in a CRM and Google Sheets
  • Bilingual English / Spanish preferred
